HPC Workshop - October 14th 2016

Are you, just like me, excited about the performance of racing phenomenon Max Verstappen? And did you know that much of his car's performance is thanks to IBM computing infrastructure and software?

Formula One is arguably one of the most scientific sports around, with competitive differentiators counting at mile-seconds. In today's digital economy, parallels to the pressure that many organizations face related to performance are easy to draw with F1.

To be part of the top, innovation, agility and the ability to turn data into real-time insights for faster and more accurate decision making are key to master. Red Bull Racing is, through its partnership with IBM, taking advantage of exactly those capabilities.

2015: new year, new opportunities

January 2015, Linvision HPC B.V. relocated from Stellendam to Alphen aan den Rijn. Centrally located in the "Randstad" this location is easy accessible with public transport, close to the A4 and A12 and Schiphol and Rotterdam - The Hague Airport are within 20 minutes distance.

This new Linvision location gives us the growth potential we need for the coming years and it helps us realize certain items on our wish list. For example, now we have our own in-house data centre where we can continue implementing our HPC on Demand environment and where we continue offer our hosting and cloud services.

Further more we have a professional production room to assemble and produce our Melrow-systems. And last, but certainly not least, a state of the art High Performance Computing laboratory where we can experiment the newest technologies for and together with our customers.

With the help of these new features we expect to continue facilitating you for now and the coming future with your High Performance Computing, Cloud and Storage issues.

Tuesday March 17th we will organize an informal openings event for our technology partners, potential new and current customers and other relations. Do you wish to use this informal opportunity to get to know each other we welcome you for drinks as from 15.30h. Please register through the form below.
